Hello,

Getting an error when I click the link before a live video stream of an event, has anyone seen this behavior before?

All ideas are welcome.

Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name might not be correct, the server might not be available, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

This error occurs with newer versions of Media Player when trying to play content that is located on the version 4.1 server.

Try the Media Player Settings Troubleshooter (it can be downloaded from https://support.microsoft.com/hub/4338813/windows-help and if that does not make a difference, complete the following actions:

Open the Start Search prompt. Type the words regsvr32 wmnetmgr.dll and press enter. In the following dialog, click OK.
