I was going to update a blog when this Server Error 1 occurred. What does it mean by "the 1 content type"? Why am I not permitted to post when it's my blog?

Hello Neville,

You will need to check the blog, blog api as well as the node permissions at admin/user/permissions.

You might also need to "reset" WLW, for instance, you will need to remove the blog from WLW and then add it again in case settings have changed.

Regards,

Carl

Hi Nevikenezer,

I think you need to debug your blog. You can use the MarsEdit to check if you have used proper username & password. It may be an issue of cache also. Check if it is not damaged due to any cause. You can also try posting the content into something other than blog, like “story” or “news”. Above all, check all the settings & make sure everything is in order.
