I have problems with Windows Live Photo Gallery because I can’t save my photos. An error message appeared during the use of this program. Have you any idea to fix this weird error message? Any help would be grateful to you. Please suggest me in a proper way. Thanks in advance.
This photo can’t be saved because of a problem with the photos file properties.
Hi June, I had the same problem when I was trying to save photos I took with my Canon camera. It seems that the image properties indeed have something which prevents the Windows Live Photo gallery from saving it. There are two solutions to this :Â
1. Use a program like Imagicon. Though the program is actually meant to change resolution, etc, you can choose to have the same properties, and the same extension even. It will just create a new image which will lack the properties of your original photo.Â
2. If you do not want to lose the properties, I suggest you use the Fast Stone Image Viewer to save your photos.Â
