I have a Dell Inspiron running on Windows 8, Windows live Mail is receiving emails but I have a problem sending them, the progress bar will freeze and then disappear without a message whether the email has been sent or not, the Email is not included in the sent mail box, what could be the problem? How can I get Emails being sent?

This problem is probably due to incorrect settings for outgoing mail.
Change your settings by Selecting Tools, Accounts.
Select your email account and click on Properties.
Go to the Servers tab and select the “My Server Requires Authentication” checkbox under Outgoing Mail Server.
Select Settings, "Log on Using" and verify that your email address and password are correct.
