Time to point out if someone on this Windows Installer error appears: An error generating a temporary file, which is required to finish this installation. Folder: [3]. System error code: [2]

Go on to me while Slipstreamen patches into an AIP install Acrobat X Pro straight to a network drive.

Some advice what to do at this time?

Hi Ross!

Is it the first time you are trying to install that software? Is it a free trial or you bought it? Make sure that you are logged in as the computer’s administrator. Then just try reinstalling the software and try to check your firewall settings as well. I just recently downloaded the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro software but did not encounter that error while installing it.

Have a nice day!

Hi.

Error 1336 on Adobe Acrobat Reader pro is result of corrupted files on Microsoft Windows. To find what is corrupted make a conduct error scan. Tool for this you can download here conduct error scan. After you finish scanning your computer download an tool for fixing 1336 errors. That tool is found here pcmc fix tool. Install that tool and scan with it for error. When it finishes scanning choose repair option and wait between 10 an 30 minutes. When it finishes with repairing corrupted files you have to reboot your PC.
