This is a very common problem with users of Windows 7. It is caused because of a program which helps to add adult web site links to the favourites menu of internet explorer. It’s called Qcbar.dll. It has easy resolution, you just need to delete the file. Follow the following steps:

1. Open internet explorer.

2. Go to the favourites folder from your homepage or from the menu bar on top.

Click on the folder named “adult” and right click on it to delete it.

If you receive this error when using Windows Explorer, try restarting your computer and try again. See if this works. If this doesn’t work, try using the System File Checker utility. Click “Start”, “All Programs”, “Accessories” then right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator” to launch an elevated command prompt. If you are using Windows XP, just run the command prompt.

In the command prompt window, type without quotes “sfc /scannow” then hit Enter. When you are prompted to insert the setup CD or DVD, insert your Windows setup CD or DVD on your optical drive and continue. The tool will scan all protected system files on your computer for incorrect versions and replaces them with correct ones. Wait until it is complete.

When the tool is finished, close the command prompt and restart the computer. See if this works. If this doesn’t fix the problem, try scanning your computer for viruses. Update your antivirus and perform a full system scan on your computer. You may also use Sophos Virus Removal Tool to perform a thorough scan of your system.
