Hi Experts,

I installed a new copy of Windows and after installation I saw this error message saying that the video performance can't be measured.

Could anyone tell why this error is being displayed and how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hi James,

Thanks that you have shared your problem with us.

I read your problem and i have a solution for you.

This error relates to video display.

It seems that you have not installed your video device driver completely or properly.

Kindly note the method.

First check your video device or video adapter hardware model. Search it on internet. If you unable to find this so go to www.drieveridentifier.com

They will provide you a little software called identifier, it will scan your system for drivers which have to be installed and will take you on the page of drivers your system requires directly. Download them and install them. Then go to control panel > Display Properties. Select settings. Set resolution here of your video adapter.

Once restart computer, and enjoy.

Thanks
