Windows Defender is not working properly on my computer. It is always disabled. Every time I try to enable it, it would automatically disable without me clicking it. Basically, it disables itself once it is manually enabled by the user. I need your help with this problem. Thank you!

HI,I am trying to show you,how to fix Windows Defender. You can fix your Windows Defender by reinstalling it.
Or, you can follow those tips......
*Restart your computer,When its show setup screen then press F8.Then select windows safe mood form the option.
Now your windows defender is working properly.
If you see the problem is still happening.
Then simply go to the "START" menu,then click to "All programs", and then "Accessories".
"System Tools"and then click to "System Restore".
It will take a few moment.
After of that you will be able to work and no problem will be seem.
