Hello!

I am using Windows 7 and planning to switch from 7 to Windows 8. I tried to download it online. At first I thought everything’s going to be fine. I went back and it showed 20%. I tried to wait but instead of waiting I decided to take some chores and continue what I am doing after my work. I went back it is still at 20%. I restarted my laptop and the same problem happened. I can only go through 25%. What could be the cause of this problem? How can I resolve this?

Please assist me.

Then, scan the system for any virus or malware attack.
