Hi to everyone,

A problem with windows 7 theme pack 2009. There is something wrong setting up my Windows 7 operating system theme. After I applied the changes for my selected theme it will work just fine for a couple of minutes and then changes by itself. I am wondering why it keeps on changing?

Hi there user:

After the theme changes by itself, go to your Control Panel and then select All Control Panel Items. Click Troubleshooting –>  Appearance and Personalization. Click Aero and then let it run. It will state the reason why your Windows 7 theme keeps changing.

‘Desktop Windows Manager is disabled.’

Now you know the reason why your Windows keeps changing its theme. All you have to do is enable the Desktop Windows Manager, and all is well.
