I have windows 7 64 bit installed and whenever I try to install driver Archos 3 Cam, it says that it is not compatible with my OS.

Does anybody know how to rectify this issue, where can I find compatible drivers?

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Hello.

The version of the driver you are trying to install does not support windows 7 or it is not compatible with windows 7.

Click on the link to select and download the compatible drivers for windows 7.

For more support, contact your archos customer care with the compatibility issue.

Thank you.

Hi Heather,

Please right click on the installation file. Under the "Compatibility" tab you will find an option to "Run this program in compatibility mode". Under that, select "Windows XP Service Pack 3". And then finally click on "OK".

Try and run the setup now. If it works fine, else you need to download the windows 7 compatible drivers.

Hope this helped.

Cheers!

Hi Heather Carr,

Is it possible that you have downloaded Archos 3 Cam drivers for windows 7- 32 bit? It so, then you cannot install that driver on 64 bit. All you have to do is, download the correct Windows 7- 64 bit driver on your pc from here according to your model & then try again. If you do everything right, then your problem should be solved.
