Windows 10 $180 Yearly Fee?

I came across a discussion that says the rumor for Windows 10 is a yearly fee. And that the fee might be as much as $180 a year.  This seems really high to me. Would it be per computer or maybe unlimited systems on one membership? Would you pay that to use the new Windows?

Hi, Marco P, Hamm No you can use the Basic OS for free but you have to pay for subscription to its upgrades and apps. Also, you have to pay for every computer the beauty of it is that is safe malware and Trojan will have a hard time decoding the system less baggy and easy to work with.
