I have an Acer operating systems in my laptop. I'm wondering why is win32 guided tour application not working? Keygen is available with me. I'm thinking if there's something that I have to do or software to install first. I've been dealing with this for days already. Hope someone can help me with this.

Have you activated the operating systems yet? Because the win32 guided tour may not be working because the OS has not yet been activated.
If you are installing the guided tour separately, you will need to ensure that you have activated it too for it to work. Since you have the keygen, you will need to generate the right keys needed for activating the application and then activate it.
Something else that you will need to give a try is a reboot of the computer. If you have activated the app but you haven't restarted the computer then that could be the possible cause of the issue.
