I have this zen cart and I am planning to move to mac operating system. I am just confuse if it is alright for me to do it. And is zen cart compatible with mac operating system, i just don't want any interruption while doing some coding and when saving files. Please do help me.
After checking the information about Zen Cart and its technical requirements, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. Although Zen Cart is installable on a Mac computer, it is really intended to run on Microsoft Windows operating system.
Anyway, here are the system requirements to run Zen Cart: Windows 2003 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit, and Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit. To run Zen Cart on Mac OS X platforms, you need to install a PC Emulator like Virtual PC which you can download from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/products/windows. Please also remember that running the Store Manager software on a PC Emulator really reduces performance.
