the windows Cortana launch is interesting, however, there are still a lot of questions to be answered. First, will it support languages such as Tamil? If I have a heavy accent, will I be able to use it? Must I have the internet to use Cortana? Answers will be appreciated. Thanks.

1. Language Support: It depends on the windows version you are using for Cortana. All versions support only these languages: Chinese, English (UK, US, Australia, Canada and India), French, German, Italian and Spanish.

2. Recognizes all type of natural voice and accents based upon the language chosen as it is region specific.

3. It can work without without internet connection as far as the action is local to the phone. If we ask it to do something on the internet(say search hello on Google.com), it will require a network connection.
