Hi,

The WiFi problem is related to the hardware as you said that you have to shut down your computer and restart it back so that your device will start working properly once check your WiFi connection settings by clicking the WiFi icon and go to the wire adapter properties and check your settings and troubleshoot the device once.

This is a temporary solution for your problem if you can uninstall the WiFi adapter and re-install the WiFi driver by doing this the missed files are corrupted files will be updated and the device starts working without facing any difficulty

Have your BIOS updated to the latest version. Turning a computer off for a few minutes doesn’t really resolve a problem such as this. What a shutdown does is just cool the hot components down and that’s it. But based on your screenshot, the WLAN card is still being detected but it’s not seeing any networks. You should try checking the WLAN antennas and see if they are connected properly.

If these are located near heated areas, this may be part of the problem. Also make sure that your wireless switch is turned on when you look for networks. Make sure your network is broadcasting so that it gets detected when looking for networks.
