I am already connected to a Wi-fi connection and suddenly it prompts that I has limited access. Is it about the slow connection or my notebook?

Wi-fi Connection with Limited Access

Hi Ruth E. Tran,

That seem to be caused by an unstable connection. Well, that problem will never be caused by your laptop because if it was your laptop's doing, then it should probably could not connect to the internet like it has driver issues. It could not detect any wireless connection if it was caused by your laptop. Well, in your case, it is not. It must be caused by your internet connection. You see, this usually your wireless connection prompts you that it has limited connection when your router is not connected to the internet, or your computer could detect the wireless connection but it has no internet. The connection must be unstable; thus, it suddenly disconnects to the internet, and then it prompts you that it has limited access. I suggest you check your connections. There must be a problem with the connection between your router and the internet modem. If this problem persists, I suggest you call your internet provider.
