For resolving this issue, we follow some steps

1. Go to start button > Run > type CMD.
2. For allowing internet connection we have to set TCP/IP by typing some lines on command prompt ”net int is reset reset.log.”
3. Now press enter key. And go to another line to type another step
“net Winsock reset catalog.”
4. Again press enter and restart your computer.

If you are using a laptop and you are connected to a router but you don’t have internet connection, troubleshoot your connection. Try restarting the router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about ten to twenty seconds (10 – 20). Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle.

After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. If the problem continues, contact your Internet Service Provider.
