I have come up with this problem and its really irritating to me that I'm unable to use whtsapp  and BBM on my iTell 1451. I don't know the reason behind it but the main problem is Whatsapp and BBM is not even downloading i tried to download its .APK file too but its refused to open.

You might have been facing this problem in your device due to cache files. Try solving this by clearing your cache.
1. Go to Settings > Storage.
2. Find Clear data option and click on it.
3. Select Clear Cache and you are done.
After clearing the cache, try to download WhatsApp and BBM from play store.
However, if you still face difficulty you can download the apk files manually and install them. Just look for the version that is compatible with your phone while downloading.
Note that BBM isn't yet available to all android version. Check whether you are using a supported version of android before downloading.
