Hi guys,

I want to know why update in my smartphone Sony Xperia Z fails again and again. I dint expected this problem in Sony Xperia handset but with no avail of help I'm asking this question here please suggest me solution to this problem of update failure. Thanks in advance.

Why update in Sony Xperia Z 4.3 fails?

Hello Craig,

Reason for this might be a severe battery drain and it automatically reboots since the phone overheats. My suggestion is to allow it to charge completely and then try to run it; this will help to avoid overheating. Then you can update your phone.
