There is an error message in the Platform version probably because of an incompatibility. Kindly please help get me around to this problem.

XUL Runner provides a runtime environment that works as a back-end to run XUL-based applications. From the error message you posted it is quite clear that the XUL Runner version installed on your system is ‘15.0’ and the XUL-application that you are trying to launch is compatible only with the version ‘13.0’. You have two options to fix this issue –
Downgrade to version XUL platform version ‘13.0’. (Downgrading is not a good practice, so it is not suggested).
Update the application you are trying to launch and make it compatible with version ‘15.0’.

The reason why you encounter that kind of error message is because of your OS service pack. Also the issue possibly came from security application that blocks your browser to run smoothly. I suggest for you to upgrade your OS from your web browser (Firefox) might not be functioning with your current version. Another thing, before you reinstall any web browser, remove your current browser installed.
Once you have properly installed the compatible application to your desktop, you should not able to see those pop-up messages again.
