Hi,
I have been using sky go for a few weeks and it is working very well on my computer. But there is an issue when I try to update Silverlight plug in. While updating Silverlight sky go crashes windows explorer and I have to restart the system. I tried different web browser but same occurs.Â
Any suggestion what the problem can be?

There might be an issue with the compatibility of your sky go and the silver light. I suggest the method of downgrading the Silverlight software that you have upgraded before. And take time to deactivate or disable your Automatic Updates, because it will update your Silverlight again that may cause crashes.

2. Uninstall Silverlight

3. Delete the content of the folder in this directory C:Users……AppDataLocalLowPlayReady

4. Install Silverlight.

1. Firstly, remove Silverlight and delete Sky Desktop application, now, reinstall Silverlight and Desktop app.
2. You can remove them by firstly, closing your browser. Then, on the desktop, click the hard drive (HDD).
3. Now, click Library, then click on Internet Plug-ins. After this, you have to locate the Silverlight plugin.
4. Now, move or drag it to the recycle bin.
