Why realplayer distortion in sound occurring?

Hi, 

I have installed realplayer recently and after installing realplayer distortion in audio output occurs. The actual sound is distorted somewhat while playing both audio and video files. 

No problem with other players. 

How can i correct this problem. 

What might be the possible reason?

It is recommended that you should use the current version of Real player to guarantee the best audio and video streaming. 

The latest version of RealPlayer12 is free and is available for mac OS and Windows.

The majority of sound distortion issue can be resolved by making sure that Realplayer's settings are set accordingly with your computer's hardware.

If you are facing these poor playback quality  while streaming content.

  • Make sure that your sound card have no conflicts with other device.
  • Play other files to check.
  • You should update your sound card driver.

Try to do these all steps i hope you will not experience this problem again.
