Hi guys, I have windows Pc and I did not updated it as it is windows 7 so it said me to update online and I agreed to do so when I clicked to update it online the windows website showed me to enter its key after which the downloading started and after the download when I restarted PC its not opening and showing the message choose any one windows as the 2 software is clashing with each other.How do I do this please help me how to undo these changes to my PC.

Hello, before installing new windows you need to un install the previous one so that it works perfectly if you do not un install the previous one and install another same softwate the aoftwres will start crashing and fighting with each other that is the reason your PC is not opening.
》firstly enter windows safe mode by pressing f8 button 8-16 times
》Then select open windows in safe mode by clicking on it
》Then uninstall the new updates
It will solve your problem.
