I am using a desktop pc with Samsung monitor . I am having a problem that my monitor is showing lines which is pink in
colour through out the monitor.Why is this happening? And how can I solve the problem?

There can be two possibilities for this problem. Both possibilities are related hardware.
First possibility is your VGA. May be your Video Graphic Adapter is not working properly, that’s why you are facing some pink colored lines on your Samsung Monitor. Give a proper check to the VGA card, if it is not working properly, replace it.
Secondly there can be the possibility that the Picture tube of your Samsung Monitor is too much weak that it cannot display all the colors. Try to plug your Monitor with some other CPU, if you still face the same problem then it is sure that your Monitor is not working properly and the picture tube of your monitor is weak.

If you are using LCD/LED monitor, it consists of lots of LEDs in lots of lines, if any one Diode get faulty the complete line will be get faulty and will appear as pink line. So contact to Samsung Service Center if it is in warranty or replace it.
