Few days ago I buy a Samsung Tablet. I try to setup tether with my data phone & root the device.
I follow all the instruction correctly but now when I enable WiFi it showing an error Unknown operation occurs.

When setting up the Wifi connection ensure that you are within a range of a wireless network and the signal is strong enough be captured by your tablet. Just search for the wireless networks in range and connect to it.
Thereafter you can now configure the settings whether static or dynamic, depending on how that network is set. Configure the IP addresses, MAC addresses, the getaways and the domain name service well and then click on save to save the changes that you will have done.

Since you rooted the tablet, that’s probably the reason why the problem started. Unfortunately, there’s no way to un-root a device and also, rooting any device invalidates your product warranty. This means, you’re on your own now. Your best option right now is factory reset.
To factory reset Android 4.4.2 KitKat (if your device runs on a different version of Android, just look for similar options), go to “Apps”, “Settings” then “Backup & reset”. Make sure “Back up my data” and “Automatic Restore” are unchecked. Under “Personal Data”, tap “Factory data reset” then “Reset phone”.
Before factory resetting your device, back up your phone’s data to the memory card and your contacts to the SIM card then remove the memory card and SIM card from the tablet. Your device should restart automatically after the reset. See if this works.
