I've got the problem. Here's some tips. Check it out.

1.Try booting into Safe Mode and do a system restore
2. Restart your system
3. When the system first boots, type F8 to bring up the boot menu
4. Select the Safe Mode with Command Prompt option
5. Log-on to an account with administrator rights
6. At the command prompt type
c:windowssystem32restorerstrui.exe

7. This will bring up System Restore. Restore to before the problem started.

The most important thing is:

You should try to run it only when you need it.

Hope your problem will be solved.

Thanks.

Hi,

Reason of this issue is because Microsoft blocked this application. I don’t know the reason why they did this. But there is always a solution for solve this kind of problems.

Above comment shows you how to restore in the safe mode. But if you want to use this application anyway please follow the instructions.

Before installing Alcohol, rename the setup.exe file. (Example: Asetup.exe)

Then run this file and install Alcohol.

After successfully install the Alcohol then locate the alcohol application exe. You can find this exe from where you have installed it. Rename alcohol 120%.exe as I did this before. Now you can run this file without any interruption.

That’s odd. Alcohol 120% is only a CD/DVD burning software and it shouldn’t do any major modification to your system that will cause the operating system to become unstable. Check your operating system again if it is compatible with the application. Normally, all versions of Alcohol 120% are compatible with later versions of Microsoft Windows. But if you are using a very old operating system like Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium, don’t expect that it’ll work.

Alcohol 120% supports Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit. Alcohol 120% no longer supports Windows 98 and Windows ME. If your computer keeps on restarting after installing Alcohol 120%, try booting the computer using the “Last known good configuration” setting. To try this method, restart your computer.

Press F8 on your keyboard before the Windows logo appears. In the Advanced Options Menu, select “Last known good configuration (your most recent settings that worked)” and then press Enter twice. This boots your computer using the last configuration you used where the computer worked. After successfully booting the computer, if you still wish to use Alcohol 120%, make sure the version you are installing supports your operating system.

To download the latest version that works on the latest Microsoft Windows 10, visit Alcohol 120% Free Trial. They offer a 15-day trial period. They also offer a free edition of Alcohol 120%. The free edition is for personal use only.
