Why my Office 365 app is not working on Galaxy core?

Hey friends,

I want to ask why my Office 365 app is not working on my smartphone which is Samsung Galaxy Core. I tried uninstalling and re installing this app again and again but it didn't work. I even completely deleted this app and again downloaded from Google Play store but nothing works WHY? The same app works in my friends smartphone in Galaxy Grand perfectly.

Follow the steps again;

  • Application menu>mail
  • Enter your email address>password>Next
  • Select Exchange ActiveSync (/account)
  • Full e-mail address is the domain/username
  • Password (email password)
  • outlook.office365.com (exchange server)
  • After verification you will select “Next”>type a word (/name) for the account
  • Enter a display name
  • Select “Done”

 

Now your software is installed and you may use.
