I waant to ask a question its serious problem with my smartphone. I purchased Nokia XL  months ago and the mobile was hanging since I purchased it I noticed this but now the phone does not boot at all. I even tried charging it for long hours but still it wont boot. Please tell me how to fix it.

How are you? Firstly, you should power off the device. Wait for 10-15 minutes to reboot. Again press the power button. When the logo of Nokia is appeared, then press and hold the volume up key for 10-15 seconds. Now we are in recovery mode. Nokia System recovery will be highlighted. Under the reboot option, the system menu with various options will be appeared on the screen serially. You can select any option from the list. And then press the power button.
