Why my mozilla browser hangs again and again?help

Hi guys, I use Mozilla browser for both PC use and mobile browsing I mean obviously in my smartphone too I use mozilla but the problem is the browser hangs in every five minutes though I don’t use in bad way any time, I will keep my PC updated with virus protection and also scan my PC twice in a week then what is the reason that mozilla browser hangs and does not respond again and again. Please help me fix this

If the Mozilla browser does not work or seems to hang casually, try the following for creating a new places database to fix it;

·        Firefox Profile folder > Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information

·        Application Basics > Show Folder

·        Menu > Exit

·        Firefox profile folder > places.sqlite (rename it, if exists)

·        Re-open Firefox
