I have a Galaxy Tab with latest version. We know Galaxy Tab is very popular today but I facing many problems after buy Galaxy Tab. I try to restore & recovery my galaxy tab to factory setting. When I uninstall any app from my Galaxy Tab it showing goes but after refresh the app is keep & come back.

I'm sorry to hear your problem regarding Galaxy tablet. That really happens sometimes specially if you are not so familiar using it.
I suggest that download ASTRO or you can use the built in file browser. Just navigate the folders or files you that you want to delete and then long press delete.By doing this, deleted files won't come back again. Make sure not just delete but UNINSTALL the files or application you want to remove from you galaxy tab. Because deleting is different from uninstalling. If you just delete your files, it will really show up.

Is it possible that you are temporarily deleting the files hence causing them to come back on fresh? If that is the case I will advice that you try to delete the files permanently to as to remove them from the tablet without moving them to a temporary storage location.
You can also try locating of there is something like a recycle bin or a trash bin somewhere on the tablet which could be full hence cannot hold more deleted files, and then empty it so as create space for the files that you are deleting,
You can also set the trash bin so that when you delete files, they are not stored there but removed completely from the system.
