Why my Ethernet network is not working?Please help

Hi guys, I was not using my computer since some days and when I opened my PC today what I saw on turning on it is the connection bar is marked with red cross when I clicked to check it shows that bo network is there that means no ethernet connection and I even tried to re start and checked it again but still the same problem.Please help me setup the connection again in working mode.Thanks in advance.

Your LAN driver should be installed along with the chipset drivers. Check it from the BIOS of your machine. The driver should come with a disc along with basic drivers on it. Otherwise, the appropriate driver should be downloaded to a USB. After that you may install on your desktop.
