Why my BBM pin works only on WiFi?

Hi guys,

I want to ask a question and that is I'm really concerned about. The thing is my BBM pin works only on Wifi network and not otherwise. What shall I do now pleae tell me I'm really confused now this is the firt time I'm using BlackBerry handset and the problem came this way. Help me solve this

Hi Lester,

There are two reasons, any of which can cause your problem.

1. Check whether your carrier support Blackberry connectivity or BBM. Some operator doesn't support BBM and that can hold you from using BBM over data networks.

2. You might have switched off data sync over data networks. Go to your sync setting and switch on BBM sync over a data network, if that is the case.

Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
