I'm in the middle of my work and decided to relax a little, I open another program to play a game but before my game runs, a flash of serious errors occurred; it freezes all my open programs on my task bar. After a few seconds it’s all gone, leaving an empty normal desktop. It closed my unsaved documents without asking or any notification.
I opened and started all over again and having the same program,and it happens again. Â How will I stop this serious error? The image below shows how my docs and game freeze and disappear.

Why is it, a serious error occurred while running multiple programs?
If you do gaming or video editing or any process on your PC that takes heavy memory and system resources and you have also installed Antivirus program that is also very heavy (takes much system resources during running) then It can easily choke your program and give you these kinds of errors because your system gets non-responsive due to using 100% system resources.
Install Microsoft Security Essentials and the Windows firewall and your problems will be solved because it is light software and doesn’t over burden the system resources. Also make sure that you have the latest updated Antivirus software installed on your machine, so that it works properly.
Also make sure you have all of the patches that are currently required for your game that will help run your game smoothly.
Why is it, a serious error occurred while running multiple programs?
Normally it happens due to several reasons:

Because of a computer virus : Is this the first time that you have opened the game to play ? It can be a virus that came with the game or your game.exe file may be detected as a virus by your virus guard.
What you can do is just scan your computer first. After confirming that your computer is virus free we can go to next step.

Because of software bugs or Operating system error : Are you updating your windows. You must update your windows regularly. If you are not, please do update your system as soon as possible, you need to overcome your security vulnerabilities.
Try to uninstall your game and check the result. Â If problem is still the same, just boot from installation media and try to repair your Windows.
