Hello experts

I have just come to know that the Internet Explorer shows only top to the bottom of the page and leaves rest blank in the Print Preview. This problem is not encountered by Mozilla, Chrome or Thunderbird. I want to know the reason of this problem? I have also checked every setting that is fine.

Hi!

In IE whenever you go to Print Preview, you'll only be able to see the first page at first. Unlike Firefox where when you go to Print Preview, you can scroll down immediately to the following pages. In IE, you have to press the arrow buttons to go forward to the next Preview page.

I am not aware of any automatic way to do this although if you want to display all pages a once, or several of them, here's how to do it. At the top of the Print Preview page, there should be an option that says 1 page view. Click on the dropdown and it will show you several options of displaying pages all at once.

You can choose to display 2 pages to display at once or even up to 12 pages. There's also an option beside it to shrink the page in order for your print-outs to come out smaller.

Hope this helps you out. Cheers!
