Why dragging and dropping files is so tricky in HPTouchSmart tab?

Hi guys, I have HP TouchSmart tab and I love it for its clarity and buyed it for its screen rotating feature and guess what its screen is a bit heavy that it slides back wards and downfalls due to heavy screen weight most of the time and the dragging and dropping of files is un understandable to me I misinterpreted as multi touch functionality.Please tell me how to manage it easily any suggestions?

Multi touch input method on a touch screen allows two or more fingers to be used on the screen like tap, double tap, long press, scroll, flick, two finger tap, drag and drop and so on. Once anybody is familiar with the functionality of each input method, the usage of the touch screen is much more easier.
