My laptop always shuts down itself after 2-3 hours of use. I don't know if the problem is my battery or power adaptor. It doesn't want to start after shutting down. Then, it can be used again after 1 day.

I also faced this type of problem. It may happen for various technical problem, but mainly I found that maximum laptop shut down for loose connection in power switch. So you should repair your power switch from an any expert. Sometimes our laptop may covered with a lot if dust or dirt.
So you should clean your laptop hardware parts in every year. That’s so effective to increase your laptop performance.
Over heat also may create this type of problem too. So you should check your cooling fans working well or not. You may use extra stand fan too for your laptop to decrease the temperature.
