Why does iPad mini can’t download music?

Hello experts,

I can't seem to download MP3 songs from my iTunes on my computer. Do I need to hard reset my device? If so, how can I do it?  I tried on my computer and even checked on the wireless connection, but it seems the issue is not from there. How many device can I sync on my iTunes account? According to the Apple forum, I need to restore my iPad by connecting it through my computer. But I still need a better way to do it right. Please help me.

Hello Deanna W Nelson,

No. There is no limit to how many iPhones, iPads, or iPods synced to one computer. There is a limit as to how many computers you can connect one iDevice (iPhone, iPod, iPad) to. The limit is 5. You can reauthorize any one of those computers by going into iTunes -> Advanced Settings -> Deauthorize This Computer.
