Have you checked the installation requirement for 3D max in PC? If don't then check now. Maybe your system is not supporting it. If you see the same problem after this then checks your RAM memory availability from task manager. Try to close all unnecessary programs before installing the 3D max. Because you also know that it is very heavy software and it takes time to load and install.

There can be another reason. Are you installing the registered version of 3D max or an illegal one? I have seen the same problem in the installation of many manipulated software. So try to install a registered one.

Basically internet connection is required by 3D Max for the validating purpose of your Product key. So you must ensure that your internet connection is stable. Before staring installation you must log on to the machine using an administrative account. Ensure that your hardware has met the requirements of Shader Models (Pixel shader and Vertex shader).Visit the following URL for more about hardware support https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4360-TPJL-2065. Be sure that your system has at least the minimum requirement.

If you used older versions of Backburner uninstall the older version. Close any other background programs including MS outlook, anti-virus programs, Autodesk products and other unwanted software. For more details watch
