I am not able to run all the rules on Outlook. The Outlook rules not running on the application has caused a lot of problems. What is the solution to my problem?

You have the following two solutions to solve this problem.

  1. Reset the SRS file
    1. Find the old send/receive setting file by going to the appropriate path.
    2. Rename the old SRS file
  2. Fix corrupted POP or IMAP account
    1. You need to delete all your rules one by one.
    2. Find the PST file. Run scanpst.exe

Now start Outlook once again
