Brand perception Measurement Company revealed that the biggest fans for Apple are older customers. That observation showed the shifting demographics that of the Apple company to the youth as well as the technology-enamored has slowly been deteriorating.
This has been attributed to Apple's ads focusing on the older generation, for instance a situation where there is an ad showing Apple's technical staff helping customers that have got high pressure situations.
The company has revealed that Apple's biggest supporters are consumers who are aged 35 years and above. The younger age group that encompasses people aged between 18 to 34 has trended downward recently.
