Hi Experts,

While navigating LSE emails and files I received an error message. My machine is running with Mac OS X.

I visited several sites to get a remedy of this issue but no result. Have you any idea for the verification.

It is urgent for me to solve the problem. Please help.

Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify the identity of the computer to which you want to connect.

Try reconnecting to the Windows–based computer, or contact your administrator.

This seems to be an issue of compatibility between operating systems of the two machines. You might be using the remote desktop application which has been designed to work best with Windows machines on both side and as you are using one MAC pc and Windows PC on the other side, the application generated this error message as it does not recognize the other machine. Try using same OS on both sides.
