While installing WIS 09/2010 I received an error message

Hi guys,

While installing WIS 09/2010 I received an error message. The screenshot of the error message is as under. I clicked retry several times but no result. I do not know any possible reason behind the issue. How can I get a remedy of this issue? Please help.

EWA Admin Tool

The required database files could not be added to the system (Error Code 50). Please check if the correct media is inserted and readable.

Hi Isabellagregorey,

It seems you are trying with a disk which is not readable or not the correct media is selected. You must try change the disk because it is corrupted. Also there is another chance which is, the system administration is not supporting the type of the authentication is not done properly. Please check all this issue. Hope it will help you. Good luck.
