Hi,

While downloading YouTube video, my internet download manager has encountered a problem. It has shown the same size of all videos and I have failed to download them.

Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help me to get a remedy.

Hi,

I suggest you to check if you have the latest version of Internet Download Manager installed onto your computer. If you have installed the latest version, please try downloading the YouTube video from another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Internet Explorer has some limitations compared to these browsers.

If the issue still exists, your Internet Download Manager might be corrupted. Please remove and install the IDM once again. I’m sure that the issue will be fixed.
