Hi Experts,

While connecting a video camera through USB cable I received an error message on my Ubuntu operating system. It has failed to connect the camera. Is it possible to connect on it? Have a look at the error message below. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Nelson,

To resolve that issue, you will need to first of all check the camera cable and ensure that it has been connected correctly. If you are connecting to two devices via wireless means, you will need to ensure that the wireless connection on both of them has been enabled.

Hi Nelson Carters,

Try to plug your USB camera to the different USB port then install the proper driver for that device. If the problem still exists then you must contact the device manufacturer.
