While compressing a file in FCP 7 I received an error message

Hi guys,

While compressing a file in FCP 7 I received an error message. Initially it was compressing well and the moment likely to be finished, I received the error message. It says, "Failed: Quicktime Error: 0". I do not find any reason behind the issue. Have you any idea?

Please help.

Hi,

Do you export quicktime from FCP? Or are you exporting from FCP with the use of compressor? Try to export a quicktime and not using export, just a quicktime icon then import that file into compressor. Because missing mpeg2 component into Quicktime is the cause of the error but when a compressor hit the mpeg it has no error occurred.
