Hi,
I have been burning CD with Nero 9 for long. Yesterday all on a sudden While burning a CD with the same I received a failure error message. It stopped working throwing the error message. Moreover, proceed no more. I searched several sites to get a remedy but failed. Have you any idea for the issue?

Hi,
You have to check first the cd you have been burning on if it is scratch-free and unused.
And as you mentioned you have been burning for long, there might be a hardware problem, try cleaning the lens of your cd burner, or get it to a hardware shop for further check up and confirm that it is working properly.
Check the media you have been trying to burn if it is not write-protected or corrupted, or try re-installing the burning software. Hope this will work for you.
