Whenever I am going to print a document , pops up keep telling that document sent to the printer.

I click x to close or either wait for slowly moving away.

But if I don't want to see this message anymore then what else I should do with it.

Here is how you can turn off print notifications in Windows Vista.

  1. Be sure you are logged in as Administrator. Click Start then Search. Type Printers then hit Enter.
  2. Click Printers from the program list.
  3. In the Printers folder, right-click any vacant spot then select Server Properties.
  4. Click Advanced tab. Remove the check from the options Show informational notifications for local printers and Show informational notifications for network printers.
  5. Click Apply then OK.

After doing the procedure above, try doing a test print and see if the print notification will still appear on the screen.

This is one of the less important notifications of Windows that can already be removed or disabled.
