1. When you enter the website chose your location, then you will enter in the home page.
2. Go to products – Webcams and Headsets – Webcams.
3. Choose your webcam model and the platform of your computer (MAC or windows). Click on your webcam's picture to display on its features, gallery, specifications, reviews, support.

4. Click on Support.
5. Go to downloads. You can then see your webcam description, why you should update, and the download instructions.
