Hello,

If you want to use remote assistance software for Mac you can use built in application which came pre-installed in any Mac system and you can use third party software like famous TeamViewer. You can find more information about Mac remote assistance software on this link: https://www.apple.com/remotedesktop/remoteassistance.html

It is made primarily for Mac computer and it doesn't support other platforms.

Regards.

Hi Nimrod,

The Operating System that SCCM 2012 supports are the 64 bit computers, however it can be installed to 32 bit OS but very limited. It supports Windows XP Professional x86 to Windows 8 x64 OS, Windows Server 2008/ R2 x86 and x64 and Windows Server 2012. However, this is not supported on MAC computers. Some say that it can work on Non- windows OS using 3rd party software like Quest Extensions, but no evidence as it really works. Linux computers will be supported soon.
